THE COMPANY
The Conomial Group, LLC is a private holding company formed to own, develop, and oversee affiliated businesses and proprietary initiatives. It provides strategic direction, allocates resources, and develops the governance, operating capabilities, and institutional infrastructure needed to support durable enterprise development.
The Company takes a long-term view of ownership. Decisions are evaluated not only by immediate results, but also by their effect on institutional resilience, strategic flexibility, and each operating unit’s ability to perform independently within a coherent group structure.
OVERSIGHT
The Conomial Group establishes enterprise-wide priorities and provides executive oversight, strategic alignment, and selected shared capabilities. Its responsibilities include capital allocation, intellectual-property stewardship, governance design, and the definition of common standards.
Operating units retain authority appropriate to their responsibilities while remaining accountable to defined objectives and review processes. This balance of centralized governance and operating autonomy is intended to preserve adaptability, strengthen resilience, and improve the effective use of shared resources.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Managing Partner
Joffrey Asher is the founder and managing partner of The Conomial Group, where he oversees corporate governance, capital allocation, and long-term strategic development.
His background spans scientific research, intellectual property law, venture capital, and corporate governance. Before founding the company, he conducted research in astrophysics, translational medicine, and neuroscience, with contributions to peer-reviewed clinical literature. As a registered patent attorney, he prosecuted U.S. patent applications for Fortune 500 companies in fields including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, aeronautical engineering, and advanced automotive technologies. He subsequently supported initiatives in financing, governance, compliance, and risk management in the venture capital sector. This multidisciplinary experience informs his disciplined approach to the long-term ownership and development of enterprises.
